Boat Submerged captures the quiet beauty found in weathering, abandonment and the passage of time.
A worn green boat rests partially submerged in shallow water, its peeling paint, weathered surface and aged construction contrasting with the gentle ripples and natural blues surrounding it. Rather than presenting a pristine vessel, the photograph finds visual character in imperfection.
The result is a contemplative waterscape that can suggest forgotten journeys, resilience, stillness and stories left behind.
I enjoy finding the beauty in old and expired objects!
