Has my order been sent yet ?

 

You will be sent a tracking number once item has been shipped.

Part of my order is missing

 We apologize for this oversight! We ask that you email us with the details of item missing, order number, and your name so we can research the mishap. Some orders will have multiple shippings and might be delivered on different days. Note: We will send you the item at no cost.  If for what ever reason we are not able to replace the missing item we can offer you another item of equal value or submit you a refund.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We currently accept payments through our storefront using PayPal, Stripe and Klarna.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

We apologize for this oversight! We ask that you send us back the items received using the return item label we mail to you as we send you the correct item/s.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Shipping takes 3 - 5 business days on average and up to two weeks for print-on-demand items.
