I took this photograph of hands posed in a symbolic gesture to depict the loving bond of a Black man and woman in love!
Simple, intimate and immediately recognizable, Black Love captures two hands joining to create the shape of a heart. Presented primarily in black and white, the photograph strips away distractions and places its emphasis on human connection, affection and unity. The strong symmetry of the hands against the clean background gives the image a timeless graphic quality suitable for bedrooms, living spaces and meaningful gift giving.
